This unit will add classic style to your property, for use as a very special playhouse. Designed by experts, this modular kit is engineered so that you can easily assemble your elegant building. Customize your unit by selecting paint and shingles to match your home (paint & shingles aren't included). Authentic upscale trim package including dentil molding and fluted door trim. There are two 4"x16" aluminum gable vents provide excellent ventilation. Raised panel insulated steel side entry door with lockset and maintenance-free front door with elegant pull. Front porch including roof, railing, and fiber composite floor. Heavy-duty insect and rot-resistant foundation boards, 2"x3" pine floor joists and 5/8" plywood decking. Floor foundation dimensions: 7'4"Wx8'4"D. When assembled, Exterior peak height - 8'8", Interior peak height - 7'10". 14"x21" operating windows with screens and 6"x21" paintable vinyl shutters (2). 4"x16" window flower boxes (2). 2"x3" wall studs with factory-primed 7/16" thick siding, which resists fungal decay and insects. 2"x3" roof rafters with 7/16" sheeting. Paint & shingle playhouse to suit your taste; requires approximately 2 gallons of paint & 3 bundles of shingles (paint & shingles purchased elsewhere by customer).
