Saw's Sauce
Saw's Sauce was created by Chef Mike Wilson of "Cooking Light" magazine's test kitchen, and is the product of many late nights spent with buddies around the backyard BBQ pit. Savory sweet tomatoes meld with apple cider vinegar, sugar, and just the right amount of peppers to produce an ideal marinade and barbecue sauce for pork, chicken, meats and veggies. But you can use Saw's Sauce for a whole lot more than the grill: Saw's Sauce makes a tangy-sweet dipping sauce, and can also be splashed into Bloody Marys or sprinkled on oysters. This deliciously perky sauce will be featured in "Southern Living" magazine's 2007 Grilling Edition, due to hit magazine stands on June 12th!
